E-quip Africa seeks inexpensive rental space

The building we have occupied for 8 years is now in two parts, a quarter of a mile apart. Neither section is available to us.

We're currently housed in a semi-trailer pictured below. Does anyone have knowledge of inexpensive, cold storage space to rent?
